We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 and delivery is fast, with most orders arriving within 2-3 days of shipment. For faster deliveries, we offer an expedited (2-day) and priority (next-day) option for an additional fee at checkout. Along with a 30-day guarantee on almost everything we ship within 30 days of it being delivered.

Orders under $35 are subject to a $5.99 shipping fee, and items shipping as freight may take longer than 5 days to arrive. Read more about our shipping and returns policy below.

Orders

To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the “Add to Cart” button. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.

You can cancel your order by visiting the Order History page in the Account section of the site or by calling the Customer Service Team at (404) 475-2502 within 30 minutes of placing your order.

You won’t be able to cancel your order after 30 minutes have passed, but once the items have arrived, you can visit your Order History page to initiate a return.

When you place an order, Gearrific creates a pending charge (pre-authorization) for the amount of your order total minus any coupons or credits used at checkout. This is not an actual charge.

If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. As your items are shipped, you will see actual charges on your account equal to the shipment amounts.

If you have multiple shipments in your order, your bank may hold more funds than the Order Total up to 3 Business Days after your final shipment. At that time, all pending authorizations will be dropped from your account and only the actual charges will remain.

Unless specifically indicated, Gearrific is the seller of items purchased on the Gearrific.com online store.

Items sold by Gearrific are subject to tax when shipped to destinations in: AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WY. Any applicable tax will be applied to the price you pay for taxable items, less any and all extra savings.

Shipping & Delivery

Gearrific offers free 1-day shipping(excluding weekends) on orders over $35 and delivery is fast, with most orders arriving within 2-3 days of shipment. Items shipping as freight may take longer than 5 days to arrive.

To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $35. (You can’t combine multiple orders to reach that number.) Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you’ll have to pay a $5.99 shipping charge on orders under $35 — which means that ordering more at once will definitely get you better value.

To make sure we can get your orders shipped in 24hrs, you need to place your order by 12 PM in the time zone to which your stuff is being shipped. Keep in mind that one day means one business day — we let the Teamrific™ warehouse team take a break every now and then, so orders placed on Friday, Saturday or over major holidays may take a little bit longer than one day to ship. There’s no delivery on Sunday or major holidays.

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. (Although we’ve been making some interesting progress on the weather thing.) But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia right now. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, which are both amazing places, we’re sorry and we want to be shipping there as soon as we can.

Gearrific orders are delivered from our fulfillment centers. Gearrific selects the center that can fulfill your shipment in the most efficient, cost-effective way.

Returns

Please submit all return requests to [email protected]. It is important that you use the subject: “Return Request – Order# XXXXX” and in the email body include which item(s) of your order you are returning or whether you are returning the entire order.

Once the request is received and approved, the support staff will send you a reply with a printable label to use, so you can send your items back to the nearest fulfillment center, for fastest acceptance and approval.

The amount you’ll be refunded is the amount you paid for the item, including taxes. It may take up to 14 business days after we receive your returned items to process your refund.

You have 30 days from the time of delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original and sellable condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen. Certain items are non-returnable and will be specifically noted if so.

Not many, but yes. We don’t accept returns of the following merchandise: select personal care items, hazardous items, pay-as-you-go products (phone, games), some jewelry, gift cards, charitable donations, grocery products, flowers and live indoor plants, open software, live insects, and items with special shipping instructions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (as indicated on the product detail page). We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
